Over the past few months, Sledgehammer Games has begun unveiling a number of features that will be appearing in Call of Duty: Vanguard, the latest release in the long-running franchise. This rough-and-tough medium-sized map brings classic engagements, flanking routes and strategic positions for long and medium ranged combat." The remaining two maps offer fresh takes on Call of Duty classics, with Outlaw serving as a western-inspired reimagining of the Black Ops II map Standoff and Rupture taking the World at War classic Outskirts and giving it a futuristic twist. In addition, Salvation features four new multiplayer maps, including an ancient castle called Citadel and a mini picnic table-set warzone called Micro.
